The “Pinkbook” by Food Safety Standards Authority of India
Food regulator Food Safety Standards Authority of India (FSSAI, Government of India) has released “Pink Book” as a part of their initiatives on ‘safe and nutritious food at home’ to create awareness about healthy food items and ways to test common adulterants at home.
It’s a very good one with a lot of information and very colorful!!
